Pros

Looks good on resume for now

Cons

The company is aging as its CEO. JPMorgan is not setup for millienials and GenZ. Who are/will be the future leaders. RTO has destroyed morale and been a logistical disaster. Also they are shrinking workforce in USA and offshoring to Bangalore or Pune India. We are second class employees in USA. The technology division has become INTOLERABLY Indian; and I say this as an Indian American. Many directors are Indian and only hire other Indians. They constantly speak in Hindi in meetings.
