Pros

The initial experience may feel welcoming and positive.

Cons

In Tech Teams, The work culture is very poor. While the company appears welcoming initially, it gradually becomes mentally stressful. Management shows little to no empathy toward employees and does not understand personal or medical emergencies. Even during sickness or serious family situations, employees are forced to come to the office and remain there. Employees are required to come to the office five days a week and are forced to strictly sit from 9 to 5.30. After returning home, employees are often expected to log in again to complete pending work, which severely impacts work-life balance. Additionally, the canteen food is expensive and of poor quality. There is no public transport for the building. There are no proper parking facilities for employees, even if they are willing to pay. Parking is reserved only for directors, causing inconvenience for staff.

Pros

Good bonus structure first 3 years

Cons

Completely on your own / an island, it can feel really isolating and lonely. You wind up staying late to show face versus actually needing to stay late to complete work. Very different office to office and team to team
