Pros

Unbeatable variety - the opportunity to take on different roles with different teams. Once an employee decides to seek another role within the firm, no manager can stop the employee from leaving.

Cons

General lack of training; also below average compensation - compared to peers, which makes it difficult to retain good quality, experienced staff.
