Pros

JPMC is a huge place where it seems easy to get lost. It is kept pretty small in your work groups so that it has more of a feel of a smaller company.

Cons

There is a ton of bureaucracy as expected in a company this size. It can sometimes make things hard to get accomplished. There are also politics which really can hurt someone's career.

Pros

JP Morgan Chase offers flexible work schedules and the culture at my office was very conducive to balancing family and work.

Cons

There was absolutely NO training as as someone with no prior work experience that was troubling. Also the job was very high stress.
