Pros

There are a lot of opportunities in this big company and room for growth if you play your cards right and if you belong on the correct side of the fence. It would really help if you are a local or if you know who you are working for because it would surely make your life easy. Lastly, putting this company name on your CV would really sound sweet.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. local management have less care for foreign workers who happens to work equally hard or even harder than local employees.

Pros

Highly regarded and respected financial services giant whose name speaks for itself. There are numerous opportunities for learning and growth.

Cons

The first has gone through quite a number of mergers and takeovers that has created a seemingly more political environment where legacy corporate cultures clash more often than not.
