Pros

Rise to greater heights among the giants. It is very challenging to work in JP Morgan, but you will learn a lot.

Cons

Stressful and expect over time.

Pros

the 5% match on the 401k, the employee discounts on checking and banking, discounts with other companies, the strong financial position in the industry... I approve of Dimon's leadership in the "fortress balance sheet" , but not in the management of the people.

Cons

The expectation of being sickening sugary sweet with customers while some management is rude, and disrespectful to employees. The micromanaging style the company has adopted since Dimon has taken over. A style that is distrusting of the employee in general. If the employees were to treat customers the way they are treated by management, the employees would get fired.
