Freedom to take your decisions , no working hours, concern towards family life , open door policy , support from management and better compensation

Cons

Lack of onsite opportunites , mundane work , tough interviews for simple work ( personally i felt it is needless) , less opportunity to interact with seniors , other people within the firm

Its a very big company. They encourage mobility and offer great potential professional growth. They offer great benefits and vacation days.

Cons

A lot of work to do in very limited time. Management keeps changing which can be both good or bad.
