Pros

People are helpful most the non-upper management. Excellent exposure to financial world for the technical people. Excellent merge of the both the worlds

Cons

A little too stringent in terms of hierarchy. For a technical person, the cutting-edge technologies aren't used (for obvious reasons).

Cons

Little scope to breakthough and innovate at the lower rungs of the hierarchy as the company is built on such a strong foundation
