Pros

Better salaries compared to other service based organisations. (Average however compared to other financial organisations) Good working culture. Helpful colleagues. Cash incentives. Good leave policies.

Cons

Work pressure is more. Single owner per application, hence more accountability. Promotions are not easy to get. Need improvement on some policies.

Pros

The salary is better than at rival companies. The colleagues are smart and friendly, which creates a good atmosphere at work.

Cons

There are too many processes to follow. Too bureaucratic. Projects can be boring if you are unlucky with allocations, this also depends on your interests and the team you're in.
