Pros

Best Transportation facility for employees.Bonus is good. And nothing else.

Cons

You have to engage yourself 80 % in buttering your manager/supervisor.if you are good in that then you can exist easily else it's a difficult platform to prove your worthy only through your hard work and work accomplishments.Favourism is at its worst here. The higher management should take a deeper look on how hard working employees are sidelined and get no benefits and at same place favourite employees gain a lot with least amount of work done in team.Show off is another aspect you should be good at here to prove yourself else all your work done goes in someone else's credit.
