Pros

The benefits are good, and they will let you say Happy Holidays.

Cons

Watch your back and just do your work. When upper Management says give me your honest opinion on what we can do better DON'T tell the truth.

Pros

Big bank with lots of opportunity

Cons

They nickel and dime employees; always reducing benefits. They could be pretty cheap with bonus and salary increases.

Pros

Great company to put on your CV Smart people Lots of training

Cons

I was told that I wouldn't be promoted because they knew the market was bad and no one was really going to move right now. I was told my performance was exceptional but promotions don't happen on merit. It depends on how long you have been at that level for. Promotions are with the discretion of your line manager which is ridiculous as its only one person deciding whether to put you forward or not.
