Pros

Good Company for super big exposure to work with global teams. Some senior manager are very nice and open to understand technical things.

Cons

Senior Management is really bad. No visibility to local manager, when current manager is on another location/outside your city/country

Pros

There is a strong emphasis on career growth and development. Internal mobility is widely accepted. Work-life balance is great. I don't have to hesitate to take time off. There is an abundance of resources at your disposal. Great insurance coverage

Cons

There is a lot of red tape and processes that you have to cut through just to get a something done. As a result, the toil makes it difficult to innovate and to move quickly. Compensation and performance ratings are only done once a year. Diversity and Inclusion is only being measured against a Westernized yardstick and does not recognize the local context
