Pros

* WLB (depends across team) * Easy to change teams * Huge infra and opportunities to learn on latest technologies and tool stack * Stability * Good bonuses * Offers sponsorship

Cons

* very Bureaucratic * Need to make noise to make yourself visible, hard to be promoted if your silent worker and want your 9-5. * You donot get promoted or get higher position because you're capable, you need to tell leadership you want it and then prove them. * Negotiate well before you join in terms of salary because after that hike is negligible. Only promotion gives you proper salary hike. * You may need to sometime spoon feed business people if you're technologist. And that is an expectation hence part of your job.
