Pros
1) Nice campus which is lively as well 2) You tend to have lot of fun while working 3) Plenty of onsite oppertunity 4) Good training plan for freshers
Cons
1) compensation not at all competitive. 2) The way it builds the career for a fresher, it kills the career as you grow in the organisation. 3) you end up working with very incompetent people. They seem like recruiting anyone. 4) Middle management is epitome of incompetence. They hardly have any idea what they are doing. 5) You always struggle with bad laptops, machines etc.
