Horrible Management. They fire people who are whistleblowers. I have seen 3 minority's fired and retaliated against for reporting unethical behavior. People are in constant fear of their job. Sales are more important than the consumer. They lie and deceive to make a sale. Just so people know don't trust their sales and promotions. Read your contract because they make it seem pike you are getting a discount but you are paying full price. They cover up medical mistakes and don't inform the consumer to cover their butt from being sued. It's a shame that this company continues to make millions off the backs of their employees and then throw them away like trash. Hostile work environment. Trust me don't waste your time and work there.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT You are expected to hit goals but not given the tools to do so. Management only provides negative feedback. None know how to motivate a team. Noone cares about the employees who actually work in store. PTO? They'll make you work your days off to make up for these days bc they can't afford having you out. How is that you ask? Well deal with it or you'll be fired. Nurses are overworked and taken advantage of GSCs only do minimum expected bc they are burnt out & disrespected.
