Pros
Money can be good at times. Pay is a roller coaster, as comp plans change constantly so that they can find a way to not have to pay employees as much.
Cons
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT You are expected to hit goals but not given the tools to do so. Management only provides negative feedback. None know how to motivate a team. Noone cares about the employees who actually work in store. PTO? They'll make you work your days off to make up for these days bc they can't afford having you out. How is that you ask? Well deal with it or you'll be fired. Nurses are overworked and taken advantage of GSCs only do minimum expected bc they are burnt out & disrespected.
