      I loved working in the aesthetic industry & the people I worked with on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      Pay was not nearly enough. I switched job roles at one point and we were promised commission in this new role for 6+ months and it never came. Eventually the position was eliminated almost completely and more than half of the team was laid off in early December after rolling with the punches of an entirely new position and never seeing the commission we were promised was coming.

      Free treatments for most of the year

      Cons

      Don’t give raises, recently cut bonus structure so employees are making less money on their paychecks. An ever-revolving door of upper management and C-Suite employees, frequent lay offs. Banning employees from getting their free treatments for the last few months of the year so the company can focus on making more more. Bait and switch sales tactics with ‘no refunds.’ High pressure sales required for nurse positions. The only thing this company cares about is making money, and they will fire anyone who impedes that goal.
