Pros

They offer remote sales and gas is expensive

Cons

Pay structure- fake perks ( you will NEVER get a free treatment unless your manager likes you alot) - computer system and phone system is terrible Lack of diversity among upper sales management ( no women or men of color)

Cons

No work life balance, totally corporate environment with no patient relationships. They are more worried about hitting goals and selling then they are patient relationship and satisfaction. They are constantly changing center hour work requirements, policies and procedures which makes it difficult to retain great staff members

Pros

This job has allowed me to get my foot into the aesthetic industry.

Cons

I do not feel that our training for each modality is sufficient, especially injectables. The older centers do not get enough attention. People are spending thousands of dollars for treatments, and our center is not up to par with other aesthetic facilities in the industry. The pay is not very competitive. I also feel that we should have continued education in each modality AT LEAST one time per year. We are not always given enough time to complete treatments, which brings up safety concerns at time when we are feeling rushed to complete treatments. This also affects are clientele and rapport building abilities. Clients have called us the "Walmart of aesthetics". I also feel that we should offer skincare in the center and more skin care treatments.
