Tech issues, lack of consistent follow up, unrealistic goals, draw on salary, inconsistent messaging within management, no support for disability, overpriced compared to industry and disconnected from peers and management, lack of flexibility with PTO-too many blackout dates. Monthly goals cannot be achieved without working overtime.

The best thing for me is I LOVE my manager. There is support and have training tools to help you succeed. Generally, working in this industry usually has its perks like free treatments or heavily discounted services. Not here! When it comes to sales, you put in a lot more than you get. There is no work/life balance and health benefits are very expensive and not worth enrolling in. You get a free treatments, but can only get them if a nurse is training, and need a model. As employees, our discounts are the same as a guest, and the guest promotions are better than employee discounts.

Cons

High turn over, no stability, favorites are very obvious, commission structure is tiered and have to meet a minimum, no work/life balance.
