      Pros

      None except my immediate co- workers.

      Cons

      Worst management I have ever experienced as a licensed health professional. No raises. No work/life balance. No respect for Nurse practitioners that's why there is high turnover. Pay is horrible and they feel a potential bonus is better than a raise. Trying to get time off is a joke, just overall not a good place to work for anyone with half a brain. They honestly only care about sales. Most medical professionals don't care about sales,commission,or bonuses.

      Pros

      There a few left... People continue to leave and seek new places to work due to a healthier work environment.

      Cons

      The cons grow each day. Good people have been fired (for no reason) or have left and the company is not the same. It's making decisions on new services with little research. The guests are not seeing results and the staff is not trained well. The pay changes continue to happen with no notice and sometimes after the pay period begins. No one cares.

      Can make good money if you have the talent, if not your fired within the first 3 months

      Cons

      They will change your schedule and demand more from you then is written in your contract, if you dont comply they will just fire you.
