      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Pay was good.

      Cons

      The company is always changing things, and not always for the better. Yet....They are stuck in the stone age with a very strict dresscode. They will not accommodate you. HR also takes employee accusations as truths, and do not investigate all sides if there is a dispute. You cannot count on upper management for support. My DM would actually come for clinic visits and not say one word to me all day. It's horrific all around.

      Pros

      The staff within the office was great, working with what they have.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, money hungry, uninvolved but also micro-managey. The parent company is out of touch with the day to day.
