I'm writing this review to warn others about my extremely negative experience with Ideal Image. This company is a complete scam that preys on their customers' trust and desires for self-improvement. I was initially drawn to Ideal Image because they provide comprehensive training on site for their nurses, and boast that their med pros are highly trained compared to other medspas. However, once I became an employee, the training I received was shockingly inadequate. The entire training session lasted 45 minutes, and there was very little hands-on practice before I was expected to inject patients. The lack of proper instruction and supervision put both myself and my patients at risk. I felt completely unprepared and unqualified to administer Botox after such a brief and superficial training. It is clear that Ideal Image prioritizes profits over patient safety. To make matters worse, the company abruptly closed 5 locations with only four days' notice to their employees, with no offer of employment at any of their other multiple locations. This sudden closure left many customers with unfinished treatments, prepaid services, and no way to contact the company for refunds or resolutions. I feel betrayed and disappointed by Ideal Image. Their unethical business practices and disregard for their customers' and employee's well-being are unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this company to do their research and find a more reputable establishment.

long hours, last minute add ons where you have to fit them in to an already packed schedule, staying after hours to do a treatment for someone who bought right at close.
