Pros

Hourly salary, the only good thing about this company.

Cons

How to start? It all started from when the job offer was made. I, as well as others being hired for the same position starting on the same day, were told that this was going to be a remote position, that we would be working from the office a few times only and NEVER past 6pm (at the office) and that we were going to receive, aside from our hourly wage, a 25% monthly bonus. Training was three weeks, 100% remote. We were told that part of our benefits was that we would receive services for free. We got trained, which was intense, and the first day of actual work on the phones was Cyber Monday. That same day, half of the group that started with me, quit. There was never a period of practice and taking it slow. We were thrown to the wolves on the first day. Then, after the 3 weeks training was over, we were asked to go to the office. We were working until 7:30pm (something I was "sold" from the recruiter would never happen). It ended up being all the time at the office and just one day of the weekend working from home. Then the threats started. This is a call center. We were threatened almost every day that we were being closely watched and reminded us that we were on probationary period and if we didn't perform like they wanted us to, we could get fired. That's when GROUP stress started. Everybody felt stressed and threatened. Little by little people started leaving. Once the 90 days probationary period ended, we continued being threatened that we needed to meet our goals. Those of us who were not meeting goals started getting written up. However, instead of giving us tools to improve, they took everything away from us. Me and a few others were put on an "orange" queue in the computer system, which meant that we were being skipped from taking calls. There were times when I received one or two calls a day, some days, I didn't get a single call at all. And they wanted me to improve my performance. When measuring metrics, the only way to improve is to do more rather than less. So I wasn't receiving calls. My first write up, I was given about 15 days to improve, which was impossible based on the fact that I wasn't getting calls. My second write up, I was given 7 days to improve. Obviously, I was not able to improve in such a short amount of time, again, given the fact that I was in that orange queue. I received my 3rd write up and termination. Their ethics are screwed up. If someone called because they felt self-conscious of their body and wanted to get Coolsculpting, for example, and they were not a candidate (medically), they wanted us to find something else wrong with the person, make them feel bad about it and offer a completely different treatment. If someone wanted laser hair removal, and they weren't a candidate (perhaps blonde hair), we needed to sell them something else (like Botox) and make them feel bad about something else that the person might not have thought about and now they were. I received a couple of "coaching" sessions where I was LITERALLY told to LIE to make the sale. I have full lips and I was told to lie about me getting lip fillers to make the sale, just as one example. This was the team leader asking me to lie. It is a stressful and toxic environment. I think that's why they pay so well, to attract people to work, But they don't care if you quit because the turn over rate is high and they're used to it and they are constantly hiring people. They need to justify the new trainer's position which was created just for her (as she put it). In addition, while we were already working, they changed our commission structure, so now I was making much less. We NEVER got any bonuses. They could NEVER tell us if we were ever going to receive free services and they were constantly saying that our schedule would change to potentially be working until past 10pm at the office. There is no stability in anything. As a matter of fact, in October, the CEO quit and another CEO came in, and just last month, YET another CEO came in. So 3 CEO's in a matter of months. The problems start from the CEO down. They also practice favoritism. One of my coworkers who was put on the orange queue got up and left one day, ready to quit. He was immediately removed from the orange queue and given extra tasks. However, some of us feeling frustrated just the same, were not given the same opportunity. They are sadistic. One day, after receiving my first and only call of the day, I started crying and told my manager that she was setting up for failure with her write ups. And that putting me (and others) in that orange queue, was a passive aggressive way of bullying employees into quitting. That's what they want. I saw so many great people quit over the course of 4 months! If you have thick skin, go for it! But they will break you down.

Unprofessional and Chaotic

Pros

Working from home and connecting with patients around the states for treatments.

Cons

We are constantly pulled from que unable to take consultations and then punished for not making sales, having our schedules switched out of no where with zero regard but expected to keep our mouths shut.. or else, the disorganized chaotic environment within this company creating “boot camps” is absurd, the lack of a livable wage and the unattainable metrics is a sham, plus the unethical elite program being reintroduced says it all. Prepare to be utterly confused every single day by a very out of touch leadership team that sends non stop emails and team chats. The new ceo and management are a nightmare to work under as they blame consultants for everything going wrong yet we have zero control. Everything is micromanaged and nothing makes sense. There is no room for work life balance at ideal image. They treat employees like slaves and patients like trash. Their entire training is based on manipulation tactics to prey on guests emotional weaknesses.

Pros

Only pro was I could work at home

Cons

Different manager literally all the time Schedules change every three months and you will most likely work a late shift they don’t care about work life balance They are going through a restructuring phase” right now so they literally laid off a ton of people right before Christmas even people who have been there a LONG time It’s IMPOSSIBLE to make commission because the metrics are ridiculous They make you lie to customers to make a sale You literally feel like you are in trouble everyday The leads are OLD leads and you can NEVER hit the metrics unless you started with ideal image when they first started The show favoritism to certain employees You can never get your employee treatments You are constantly telling people to purchase with ideal yet there IS no availability at MAJORITY of the clinics so then clients call back pissed and the consultants after the sale literally don’t ever respond to clients. The people high up in the company don’t care about anything except that dollar sign.
