      Pros

      I love working for this company. They have a great bonus structure, I love the hours I work, very professional and clean. There is some down time but when we are busy everyone hits high gear and does what they need to make the day run more smoothly. I would love to move up in the company and stay with them for a long time. Everyone enjoys having fun and laughing while getting the job done and ending with great months.

      Cons

      Nothing negative maybe late notices to a conference call, but those only last 30 to 40 minutes. I am not the sales consultant I like to upsell when the chance is available but not being too pushy and sometime the management likes to put it on the GSC to push sales.

      *the staff is super friendly, upbeat, and down to earth. EVERYONE wants to help you excel and always wants to help *easy-going company *FULL benefits! *intensive training so you'll feel confident and comfortable with which ever position *all providers are medical professionals! -- company really invests in the best care *research team in Tampa -- making sure our services are the best out there -- feel confident in the product you sell *$$$$! *PTO *reimbursements for pretty much everything (scrubs, trips, etc) *discounts in various places

      Aren't many that comes to mind .... but maybe limitations to services

      Free treatments, thats about all at this point!

      Cons

      I have to work overtime without pay, forced to work on days off, absolutely NO work life balance, constant changes in commission, give "free" skin care products with packages but it comes out of your pay check, they are free to out guests but the consultants pay for them, that is why the sales for Stainer products are up. Constant emails that if you don't do what they say it will be "up to and including termination" CEO does not care for his employes, If you have any issues, NO need to go to HR, she runs right to CEO and you will be fired!
