Pros

The company HAD a great culture until about a year ago. The services all work and you are able to change lives.

Cons

There is no work/life balance- you are treated like cattle and told to just be grateful you have a job. The sales staff, specifically, is treated very poorly and compensation has changed 4-5 times in the last year (they require you to sign new comp agreements all the time). You are forced to give $220-$450 in products to each guest and it comes out of your sales- the guest is then made to sign a receipt as though they bought the items. Paid salary- required to work 50 or more hours without additional compensation- as well as being required to stay 3 hours late for an open house each month and an addition community event typically requiring an addition 4-8 hour unpaid time commitment. Hourly employees (Providers, GSCs) get overtime, but Lead Consultants (Sales) do not and are often required to work six day work weeks. Management is non-existent.

Pros

Great compensation, and great team to work with. Training is great. Excellent benefits. Management is reliable.

Cons

Hours are tough. No work-life balance is extremely limited. Not for people that require hand-holding.

Pros

I joined the Ideal Image team as a RN treatment provider in 2007. Over those years I’ve seen several changes. I feel the positive outweigh the negative. This company has an amazing training program for providers. I’ve participated in job shadow experiences that allow you to see what you’re getting into before accepting the position. The company invests a lot of time and money on our training to prepare us and keep this consistent nationwide. As a treatment provider and a preceptor I’ve had the opportunity to work in several states to experience this consistency first hand. Corporate has multiple resources in place to help us succeed. Management and upper management is always available to me via email or phone with questions or concerns. This company is ambitious. The addition of new services provides an opportunity to learn and grow as a medical professional. I permanently relocated to another state and was able to transfer to another center. If you’re looking for a change from the ‘traditional’ nurse role, this is a great opportunity to improve patients’ lives, build relationships and be excited to come to work each day.

Cons

As with many nursing positions, we work evening hours and weekend
