Used to be a great place to work- now it is a nightmare for the sales staff
Pros
The company HAD a great culture until about a year ago. The services all work and you are able to change lives.
Cons
There is no work/life balance- you are treated like cattle and told to just be grateful you have a job. The sales staff, specifically, is treated very poorly and compensation has changed 4-5 times in the last year (they require you to sign new comp agreements all the time). You are forced to give $220-$450 in products to each guest and it comes out of your sales- the guest is then made to sign a receipt as though they bought the items. Paid salary- required to work 50 or more hours without additional compensation- as well as being required to stay 3 hours late for an open house each month and an addition community event typically requiring an addition 4-8 hour unpaid time commitment. Hourly employees (Providers, GSCs) get overtime, but Lead Consultants (Sales) do not and are often required to work six day work weeks. Management is non-existent.
