      Pros

      You get free services. And if you are lucky you’ll get a good center manager but they probably won’t stick around because they get treated the worse.

      Cons

      Poor communication from corporate, they will lie about pay to get you to work harder, it seems like no one at corporate even talk to each other. When you ask someone at corporate a question you literally get yelled at. Very unprofessional and unorganized. It’s a multi million dollar business run like a ma and pop shop!

      Pros

      Employment benefits receiving discounts/free treatments. The company itself has a positive outlook. New branding on logo. Guest are friendly. No holidays.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth. Too many hours in a day working into late evenings such as 9pm with no shift differential. No pay differential. Nurses not friendly with each other. Manager doesn’t care about staff. Hardly ever any lunch/bathroom breaks because the centers are very busy. They over book you guests back to back.
