      Pros

      Great pay, great coworkers and atmosphere.

      Cons

      All the pros became cons. Management changed, put new people in for less money who were inexperience, caused everyone to quit and wanted to cut our pay. It used to be a great place to work.

      Great jobs with good pay and benefits Bruce Fabel is a good and fair leader! Regional Directors that cares about their staff, and quality of work and life balance for their staff Ethical leaders Great new Services Tons of training for Providers! Previous reviews said there wasn't much training, I've been in the business for years and the providers have EXTENSIVE training, more than even doctors offices. You can really shine with the company if you are a hard worker and care about the guests I think some of the negative reviews were from previous employees with victim mentalities and bad attitudes. You can get as MUCH as you put in with this company if you work hard and are a positive team player!

      Pros

      There can be money to be made if you like to work 80+ hours each week, getting your vacations cancelled and work six days a week. The guests that came in were great and its nice to build a strong relationship with them. I did feel like I was really helping people

      Cons

      The company is more focused on making money than treating the employees right. The daily threats of if you don't drink the kool aid you will be replaced are overwhelming. This used to be an amazing company to work for with great rewards, but since the new ownership came to town it all went downhill. We are required to sell services that most of the staff isn't comfortable with, it went from strictly laser hair removal to extreme beauty treatments that no one got real good training on. I advise anyone I know that is interested in these services to look elsewhere. Even the nursing staff is nervous to try some of the treatments on themselves for fear of the unknown. A lot of the employees have left the company and went to new places to get away from this chaos.
