The pay was decent at one point but they change it all the time

Cons

Manipulated me into a promotion, just to then hold us to unrealistic expectations and berate us/ micromanage us for every little thing we did but in front of higher leader ship would talk about how awesome we were when we were essentially being abused.

My team at my clinic are literally the best. They make coming to work every day a real joy for me. This is the first position I've had where I don't get the Sunday Scaries. Since I have such a fabulous team and I always feel supported, I'm willing to give 186% effort pretty much all the time. I know that I want to be with this company for a very long time. Upper management transparency that brings a sense of unity to the company When the new upper management started in the summer of 2024, it was like a breath of fresh air in the company. Lots of new ideas and new modalities being rolled out. Leadership encourages feedback from the clinics and try very hard to listen to suggestions from us little people and put them in motion. Really good benefits for full-time employees; some benefits available to part-time.

Cons

Lots of change happening very fast can make it hard to keep up with promotions, pricing, appointments, etc. If you have a hard time adapting to change, how things are happening right now in the company could be a challenge. For Client Coordinators specifically, there is a lack of uniformity in training and in expectations that varies not only from clinic to clinic but within clinics as well. Not really sure what advancement opportunities there are in my current position?
