The pay was decent at one point but they change it all the time

Manipulated me into a promotion, just to then hold us to unrealistic expectations and berate us/ micromanage us for every little thing we did but in front of higher leader ship would talk about how awesome we were when we were essentially being abused.

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
