Horrible Management. They fire people who are whistleblowers. I have seen 3 minority's fired and retaliated against for reporting unethical behavior. People are in constant fear of their job. Sales are more important than the consumer. They lie and deceive to make a sale. Just so people know don't trust their sales and promotions. Read your contract because they make it seem pike you are getting a discount but you are paying full price. They cover up medical mistakes and don't inform the consumer to cover their butt from being sued. It's a shame that this company continues to make millions off the backs of their employees and then throw them away like trash. Hostile work environment. Trust me don't waste your time and work there.

Very image based, extremely concerned with the appearance of the employees All women, the work dynamics can get dramatic No management on sight, the over arching managers are inconsistent and unhelpful, they contradict each other a lot. The sales people do a lot of sketchy things to make the sale and will force all the other employees to accommodate it. Frequently all employees will have to stay hours after close to accommodate first time guests
