      This is a 50+hour/week job - not a 40 hour a week job

      Camaraderie between teammates Top notch training and mentorship from management Free treatments (even if provided a year after being eligible) Contests to earn extra money (you'll need them)

      Cons

      Deceptive advertising on Indeed - there is no way anyone in that position is making 200K - the base salary is very low with no raises Their commission isn't commission - it's a bonus - those are 2 different things. Commission is a guaranteed percentage of your sales. What they have is a draw system where you must attain a certain threshold before you can start earning commission. a schedule that changes every 3 months - constantly having to switch with teammates or use PTO Impossible to use PTO and enjoy it as your leads will get stolen and you'll be starting from scratch when you return from vacation ( or you could work during your vacation - up to you) The work itself is mind numbingly repetitive micromanaged "adherence" breaks, meals etc. It is impossible to make a decent living working just 40 hours a week - you need to work 50+ If you're lucky enough to get those free treatments you'll have to wait and be prepared for frequent rescheduling Expensive health insurance

      Pros

      Free yearly treats, co-workers and customers.

      Cons

      Management, no life balance. All they care is about making money. If you don't sell then you are out the door. This company was totally different and in the last couple of years it has gone down hill fast. All those reviews stating they are a 4 or 5 are lying. Ideal Image does not care for the clients or employees. They raise the goals and knowing that it will be more difficult to sell did not raise our salaries. They claim that they don't have money but then give management bonuses.

      Free treatments and great training

      No work- life balance, long hours, forced to fit in first time treatments even if you have a full schedule, appointments shortened when we have so many clients who take longer to treat due to intolerance. I started off loving the job but once they made it harder to hit goal my motivation stopped, sometimes consultants would sell clients who were not treatable and even if the nurses decide to not treat a client for safety purposes they would try to get us in trouble for it. Sales and nursing is not always a good mix when all we know as nurses is too be honest and advocate for our patients but instead the company only cares about sales . Lastly, if you have a family the hours here will take away a lot of your time you could be spending with your kids.
