What they have is a draw system where you must attain a certain threshold before you can start earning commission. a schedule that changes every 3 months - constantly having to switch with teammates or use PTO Impossible to use PTO and enjoy it as your leads will get stolen and you'll be starting from scratch when you return from vacation ( or you could work during your vacation - up to you) The work itself is mind numbingly repetitive micromanaged "adherence" breaks, meals etc. It is impossible to make a decent living working just 40 hours a week - you need to work 50+ If you're lucky enough to get those free treatments you'll have to wait and be prepared for frequent rescheduling Expensive health insurance
