      hard to get time off expected to work during break / no true break weekend hours unrealistic sales goals trying to sell products that are immensely over priced, especially considering local market low pay & no raises

      We strive to provide our associates a good work life balance. It should not be hard for an associate to get time off and it is not acceptable to be consistently asked to work during breaks. We hope you reported this behavior to management. Our prices are competitive, and we provide a premier service. Ideal Image uses state of the art equipment, medical professionals and provides our medical professionals with comprehensive training. We provide yearly pay increases based on a performance review. Our center associates also can earn monthly bonuses.

      Resume killer. Nurses beware

      Pros

      Some of the staff were great to work with, but it only takes 1-2 bad eggs to ruin a day. Free treatments.

      Cons

      Insurance very expensive and then has high deductible. Management is bad, they have no education or any medical background. They keep the lazy trouble makers and get rid of the good hard working people.

      Most of the feedback on Glassdoor about co-workers is very positive. The employee reviews consistently talk about co-workers being like family. We added onsite Center Manager's last year to help ensure trouble makers are dealt with in a timely manner. We have local Medical Preceptors, Medical Regionals, Medical Directors and a Medical Affairs team to support our nursing staff. Our guests benefit from having Treatment Providers educate and recommend services that will help them achieve their beauty goals.

      Pros

      Working in a Center with your co workers was amazing, the money potential great!!!! The center I worked in had so much potential and spirit. treatment providers the LSC, Center manager and ladies up front every last one of us pushed to hit goals The camaraderie was amazing. But remember all that I can be gone in two seconds corporate could care less about anything but themselves how they are perceived and by all means never want to get in the middle of anything or coach anybody correctly Funny how you never see corporate take responsibility for anything but aren’t they in the charge of everybody

      Cons

      Corporate will sell there own mother before they Will take accountability . Trust me there is no loyalty no job security at this company corporate Really has no clue what’s going on and I frankly don’t think they care because they Will sacrifice good employees just for their own benefit and to keep them out of trouble!!!
