      The people in the actual center you work with are great

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals Penalize you for not selling to people that are medically untreatable by law or people that can’t qualify for financing

      *Managers are helpful *Training is top notch *It's fun!

      Cons

      It's a busy med spa and growing! Like many companies - we need more nurses to accommodate the busy schedules. Ideal Image is actively working that though.

      Pros

      remote, pay, benefits, support, training (state of the art), tools, technology.

      Cons

      As a business owner and now an employee, I completely understand the things I would consider a con (base pay) but if it were higher, people wouldn't have a reason to sell, so I get it.
