There is lots of internal growth available within the company. There is a ton of support from all different levels of management. Compensation is extremely competitive and are always lots of contests and challenges for additional compensation.

Quality equipment for remote position. Thorough training program--great structure and execution. Trainers and management are very personable and supportive. It's always fun to learn new sales concepts! Lots of room for growth and $$$.

Cons

This is a sink or swim position. Be ready to learn, grow, learn some more, and hustle to survive and thrive.
