The recent COVID 19 crisis has put the company to the test, and we are delivering! Lots of collaboration and ingenuity, the team is dedicated and focused, at the same time there is a balance and understanding of what is going on in people's lives. We will emerge stronger and better than ever!

Cons

Not a con - more of a statement. We work very hard and juggle lots of priorities. We move quickly and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. It's not for everyone, but if you enjoy it you will thrive.

Covid-19 has been the ultimate test for us all- both within and outside of our lives at Ideal Image. Continuing business incorporating the highest levels of new safety protocols has been the number one priority at this time. Great training, wonderful nurses and top-notch equipment.

They changed the commission structure. You suddenly made less money, but you were expected to sell the same amount.
