      Only pro, coworkers try to keep each other positive

      Cons

      No work/life balance- don’t even ask about changing shifts. Leaders do not care about anything except for how much you will earn the company. Every day is draining.

      ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

      Pros

      Free yearly treats, co-workers and customers.

      Cons

      Management, no life balance. All they care is about making money. If you don't sell then you are out the door. This company was totally different and in the last couple of years it has gone down hill fast. All those reviews stating they are a 4 or 5 are lying. Ideal Image does not care for the clients or employees. They raise the goals and knowing that it will be more difficult to sell did not raise our salaries. They claim that they don't have money but then give management bonuses.
