Hourly pay isn't terrible, but it isn't great either.

Cons

Everyone is out to undercut each other because sales = bonuses. You're hired under the pretense that you are there to do procedures only, then you're told you have to get $10k in sales per month at least to keep your job. Not worth the BS.

Much easier than the hospital but it can still hurt your back.

Pros

Much easier than working at a hospital. Only one patient at a time. Low stress environment.

Cons

Management will fit in as many patients on your schedule as possible, forcing you to rush through treatments. You are required to stay an hour late to fit in new patients. Long laser treatments are physically exhausting and can cause back/shoulder aches.

Cons

Company does not care about employees. A lot of work is required with little pay. Very little room for advancement.
