Zero work life balance, zero communication from corporate on goals, post Covid closure they recently reduced salary and increased hours and responsibilities

We are looking forward to putting into action many new levels of communication & recognition to our teams based on the amazing feedback we heard in our recent engagement survey. The responses were very positive with some additional ways that we can continue to build upon the energy we have in our clinics. Our focus on teamwork and taking care of our guests were the reasons our people have continued to grow their careers at Ideal Image. We will highlight the feedback not only by Region but also on our monthly company-wide Town Hall virtual meetings. They are very sales driven, they over work the front desk staff and give them and the paycheck does not reflect it

Easy work, no true skill requirement or medical knowledge. Perks if they’ll schedule you to receive them

Cons

This company does not care about its employees. It’s main goal is make money even if that means you don’t get a lunch, other guests/clients appointments are shortened to allow first treats to get in. You’ll stay late, there’s no consistently with guidelines. Constantly bending the rules to appease guest so money isn’t lost or refunded. You aren’t valued as an individual with this company. Hope you don’t plan to have a baby either, there’s no maternity leave! You’re viewed as a service provider and not a medical professional and many guest will treat you this way as well. If you don’t mind burning pubic hair all day it’s the most mins numbing job that requires no thinking at all. You will be trained in other modalities but 90% of yiur day is burning hair off various body parts all day
