      Working from home was good.

      Everything! They lie about getting free treatments you will not get them. Managers are never available and they don’t train you properly so you will fail regardless. .

      Work from home and base pay.

      Cons

      While working here you’re just a number. They will micromanage you until you hit the numbers they want you to be at, even being a new employee. All of the opportunities go to the top 50 employees of the company. I worked with the company for 7 months and was just fired with a large group of other employees due to not hitting metrics. We just got a new CEO and she wants to cut labor costs and combine the job positions. Don’t work here if you want respect from the company you work for. In this company you’re disposable.
