Managers trying to save their old buddies from getting fired, making the newly joined LDPs as the scapegoat for firing. 5. Toxic work culture—long hours, weekend work, and no compensation. 6. No transparency in performance reviews. 7. Office management is the worst, budget cuts every year basically the money is reserved for next year's LDP hiring.

Where do I start? - every month rounds of layoffs - overwork and irregular late night/ early morning shifts without any compensation - no plans or vision by management, just trying to survive or find scapegoats - directionless emphasis on initiatives (basically PPTs) on AI because the CEO is scared of it.
