No formal HR with a low morale culture that perpetuates mediocrity and sexual harassment. No Transparency to company wide policies, and serious lack of care for and opportunities for acquired talent.

Salary is OK if you come from a taken-over company and inflation remains low for the coming years.

Cons

Proprietary development frameworks (slowly getting better). Fake scrum resulting in toxic micro-management. Forced team move if you complain. Massive attempts to relocate jobs to lower-cost countries. Your private life doesn't count. Pressure when deadlines approach but also waste of means on useless goals and irrelevant architectural decisions.
