Great place to start for entry level grads If one doesn't challenge senior management, do as told and blend into the corporate mold, it's an easy place for mediocre and mid to late career employees to have lengthy employment.

Cons

Inflexible internal processes pervasive across org. Tone of disrespect for employees trickling down from the top. No room for upward mobility

Many types of roles and opportunities for lateral movement

Cons

No clear path towards higher/management positions. Very flat company. Also, the company as a whole is disorganized. It takes forever to get anything done because it all has to go through so many levels of approval.
