Joined the company for a few months and was blown away by the lack of vision and long term planning on management's side.

The Fidessa people were amazing If you are lucky to work in one of those teams you will be very comfortable and satisfied with your day to day

Cons

ION has drained out the Fidessa culture fully. It wasn't for me

- Good brand name - Above average salary in NCR

Cons

Most of the negative reviews are true, so please read them seriously before joining. - Product support, QA and operations roles are complete waste of time as there is very few career opportunities in India - no technical learning with high salary will make you redundant and incompetent for any other role outside ION - No HR Policy and one man handing has made work environment really toxic. - aggressive hire and fire policy ( not based on competency but based on boot liking skills) - Managers are mostly bullies - Some managers don't have any formal development background and can't even right a line of code but still heading development teams.
