      Initially seems like a good company until you work there for a while. Talks the talk

      You soon realise that ability has nothing to do with progression. It's all to do with who you know, and how much you want to suck up to them. Poor products that could be good if they weren't constantly hiring young people with no experience but lots of enthusiasm. Enthusiasm to put up with poor management, and try to reinvent the wheel when it was working very nice beforehand, thank you. A voice of clarity and reason is seen as dissent - become a yes man and you may do well, but at what cost.

      None. Credit to the CEO for his successful business.

      A lot ... from useless HR to painful legal team in Dublin. I used to love my job before being acquired at ION. I am glad I left this toxic environment where no company vision is shared, core values of the company are only stickers on the wall.

      The company does not care about loyalty. Not that long ago, many experienced people with more than 15+ years in their respected companies were let go. Not knowing what these people responsibilities or their values to their products were, they were let go on New Year’s Eve by email. Who does that? The company is growing by acquisitions of more IT companies and hiring of graduates. But talented people are leaving before they get the boot. Don’t be deceived by some great reviews. They are done by the new graduates who don’t know any better.
