The Fidessa people were amazing If you are lucky to work in one of those teams you will be very comfortable and satisfied with your day to day

ION has drained out the Fidessa culture fully. It wasn't for me

Cons

ION purchases companies to suck the life out of them. If you are in sales, and ION purchases your company, you should look elsewhere.
