      THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN

      On paper, seems to be a great job. Colleagues are friendly.

      DO NOT APPLY HERE. This is the worst company I have ever applied to. There is no HR team, no consistent replies once reaching out, and 0 professionalism. I was completely misled to believing I would be offered a job at ION only to hear from an automated email 3.5 months after my verbal offer that they would not he moving forward with my job offer. As a recent graduate, I look for a company that will care enough to email me themseleves in a genuine and transparent way especially after I have reached out to them 10+ times. I am embarrassed for the people who have to deal with the lack of professionalism and work at this company. Thus all I can say is absolutely do not apply here and absolutely do not waste your time.

      Went through the entire interview and super-day process in December and January. I got a verbal offer and then was basically ghosted for 5 months. Everyone once in awhile I would get an email saying they were still processing my formal offer. Finally 6 months after getting my verbal offer I got an automated email which said they could no longer offer employment. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. I will never do business with this company and have told my, peers, friends, family, colleagues, etc. the same. Thank god I had found another job during the time I was waiting to get the formal offer letter.

      I got a free trip to Houston to interview (although they never ended up reimbursing me for meals and ubers even though they said they would)

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional hiring process. I was given a verbal offer and told that my formal offer would be coming within the next week, then they ghosted me for 2 weeks. After that, they keep saying that they are still working on it. It's been almost 2 months and still no formal offer. Don't interview with this company unless you want your time wasted.
