As we approach December, a moment of reflection for many I want to take a few moments to recognize something brilliant that happened this year. I continued my career at IBM by moving between roles internally. It has been a turbulent year for everyone and I am grateful that we were able to help achieve all we could during 2020 and beyond. Let's spread the word about working at IBM so we can find other great talents in 2021. It is gratifying to celebrate being one of the best students, making IBM a lifelong learning organization and one of the best employers on the market. I received an invitation to reflect on IBM this year by leaving a review on Glassdoor. It is important to show the world that IBM is the place to choose if you love learning and also why IBM is one of the top three employers in the world.
