Pros
IBM was a great place to work. The Strategic Change group was very willing to share information and work as a team to assist one another and the client. Overall, the nmanagement and team members were supportive of one another.
Cons
The changes to the organization in 2009 drastically changed the consulting organization. Where Org and Change would cross all types of organizational change, technology implementation to organizational transition, the business perspective was changed to consultants specializing in only in one area; for example implementation of SAP. This narrowed the consultant's scope and siloed the consulting organization.
