      Best in class WLB. Flexible timings. Unlimited Sick Leaves Good amount of PTO

      Cons

      Abysmal ESP cycle. Managers expect quantum leaps in the name of innovation but Teams and Business teams rarely agree. Projects get ramped down and the employees are churned within the unit. Employee has no say in the career path they expect to see themselves in
